Diagnosed with a chronic illness as a young adult, Roxanne experienced the devastating loss of independence and mobility, leading her into a dark season marked by loneliness and despair.

Today, she stands as a living testament to resilience and recovery. Through her signature 4R Method, Roxanne equips audiences with actionable tools to build mental wellness plans that can be implemented in moments of crisis.

With lived experience and heartfelt conviction, Roxanne opens conversations around depression, PTSD, anxiety, and the growing epidemic of loneliness.
