Commit + Map the Build

Friday, November 6 • 6:00–8:00 PM Central

Choose one product and map a realistic first version. Decide what it must do, who will use it, and what done looks like before you begin building.

Have your one problem, 40-word product statement, and three or four example tools ready. Keep your existing curriculum, frameworks, assessments, or training materials nearby.

DAY 2 RESOURCES

Build the Actual Product

Saturday, November 7 • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Central

Work on the app, curriculum, toolkit, assessment, or implementation system you committed to on Friday. Build a usable first version and work through technical questions with support.

Keep your production plan, source materials, AI account, and logins ready. Capture what works, what breaks, and the decisions you need help making.

Protect time after the live session to keep building. Session-specific resources will be shared during the experience.

Test + Prepare to Sell

Sunday, November 8 • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Central

Put your product in someone else’s hands. Test the experience, capture feedback, fix friction, and make the instructions clear enough for another person to use.

Then work on pricing, packaging, positioning, and the sales materials that help a school, college, or community organization understand what it is buying.

Bring your working product and a place to collect test feedback. Session-specific resources will be shared live.
