Hey, I'm Dr. Shenelle DuBose!

I am an educator.

A National Board Certified Teacher, Certified K-12 Administrator, Instructional Coach, Instructional Facilitator, Workshop Facilitator, Entrepreneur, & Leadership Coach.

I left the classroom and started my own consulting company. 

I didn't do it 20 years ago, when I probably should have.  I understand the struggles, the fears and the reasons we stay in the classroom. 

We are traditional. We don't believe we can make good money because we chose to be teachers. 

I help others to gain the security they desire while living the life of their dreams. I show educators how to monetize skills and passions they didn't even know could be monetized.

I work with a small select group of women who are implementers, goal-setters and high-achievers.

I have created a profitable consulting business from scratch and have helped many women do the same.
