She is the founder of Cultivated Connections Design & Consulting (CCDC), where she blends curriculum expertise, brand strategy, and digital design to help mission-driven women shows up boldy and confidently.

With over 15 years of experience in education, curriculum and content development, and creative leadership, Tanjarae bridges the gap between teaching and entrepreneurship , supporting clients as they turn their vision into aligned, impactful work. Her approach is rooted in care, creativity, joy, and sustainability, whether she’s designing engaging learning environments through the arts or guiding thought leaders through brand or content development.

Tanjarae has presented on national platforms including Educators Moving On, the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) Conference, and the International Association of Blacks in Dance (IABD), encouraging educators to build with purpose and show up fully in the spaces they’re called to lead.

Beyond her consulting work, she serves on the Elections Committee with the National Dance Educator Organization, is Assistant Treasurer for the Order of the Eastern Star – Prince Hall Affiliation , and is an member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Nashville Chapter.
